Profile

Born in Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture (1978). Graduated from Carrabassett Valley Academy (USA). Worked as a web/DTP designer in Sapporo for 10 years, followed by 5 years as a photographer. Partnered with an alpaca ranch in New Zealand. Since 2015, based on Shodo Island in Kagawa Prefecture as a drone pilot, filmmaker, and photographer. Participated as a researcher in the survey of the Osaka Castle stone quarries on Shodo Island, and actively promotes the Seto Inland Sea region and Shodo Island.

  • Class 3 Radio Operator for On-land Special Services
  • Level 1 Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Certificate
    (Japan’s highest-tier national drone pilot certification, required for flights over people/densely populated areas without visual observers)
  • Level 1 Practical Skill Examiner (authorized to conduct official flight examinations)
